WE ARE LIFE LONG LEARNERS AND WE WILL NEVER KNOW IT ALL OR GET IT ALL DONE. STAY IN THE MOMENT AND STAY IN AN ATTITUDE OF APPRECIATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! POSITIVE SELF TALK GOES A LONG WAY. KEEP YOURSELF TO HIGH VALUES AND MORALS. DO WORK WITH INTEGRITY AND ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST. SLOW YOUR MIND WITH MEDITATION AND THE BODY MIND FLOAT CENTER. WALK CONFIDENTLY IN THE DIRECTIONS OF YOUR DREAMS. LOOK AT MISTAKES AND FAILURES AS STEPPING STONES. NEVER DRAG THE PAST AROUND WITH YOU, IT WILL NOT CHANGE. MAKE PEACE WITH WHERE YOU ARE. LOOK FOR REASONS TO FEEL GOOD AND TO CARE ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL. SMELL AND PLANT FLOWERS EVERY WHERE. LOVE YOURSELF AND OTHERS UNCONDITIONALLY. RESCUE AN ANIMAL. TAKE A NATURE TRAIL WALK. GIVE YOURSELF A HUG. MAKE AN ACCOMPLISHMENT LIST. KEEP A JOURNAL. MAKE A LIST OF THINGS YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR. ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD? FOOD IN THE FRIDGE? RUNNING, CLEAN WATER? GOOD VIBES ONLY! ONE LOVE

GOOD VIBES AND ENERGY ONLY

WHAT WORKS FOR ME? I FOCUS ON STAYING IN A CONSTANT STATE OF JOY, APPRECIATION, GRATITUDE AND RELAXATION. A HOST OF TOOLS HELP ME ACHIEVE THIS AND CONSISTENCY IS KEY. THESE INCLUDE ; YOGA, MEDIATION, THE SENSORY DEPRIVATION CHAMBER, JOURNAL WRITING , CLARITY, FUN, ALIGNMENT, PASSION, FLEXIBILITY, GIVING SINCERE COMPLIMENTS, LIVING LIFE WITH AN OPEN HEART AND AN OPEN MIND, PRACTICING COMPASSION AND KINDNESS ALWAYS, TAKING MY OWN ADVICE, LEADING BY EXAMPLE, OVER COMING FEARS, CHOOSING WHAT TO FOCUS ON ( I AM ABLE TO LET THINGS GO SO MUCH FASTER NOW), THE 4 AGREEMENTS, "DO NOT TAKE THINGS PERSONALLY" HAS HELPED ME IN SO MANY WAYS, POSITIVE SELF TALK AND TALKING HIGHLY ABOUT OTHERS, KEEPING LIFE SIMPLE AND DOING WHAT FEELS GOOD, TRY TO BE MY AUTHENTIC SELF AT ALL TIMES, PRAYING FOR OTHERS, EXERCISE, DREAMING BIG, SUPPORTING COMPANIES WITH INTEGRITY, (PEOPLE,PLANET,PROFITS), SAYING PLEASE, THANK YOU, AND GOD BLESS YOU,ALWAYS MEETING OTHERS ON AN EQUAL LEVEL, CONFIDENCE, FORTITUDE, FORGIVING MYSELF AND OTHERS AND LEAVING THE PAST WHERE IT BELONGS,  DIFFUSING SITUATIONS BY SHIFTING ENERGY AND BEING A CONDUIT FOR FOCUSING ON THE GOOD, ONCE A YEAR WRITING AN ACCOMPLISHMENT LIST, VISITING A NEW PLACE EVERY YEAR BY MYSELF, MY DOG, NATURE WALKS, JUICING, FOAM ROLLING, I HAVE GO TO VISUAL IMAGES ( MY NEPHEW AND MY DOG) TO SOFTEN MY FEELINGS WHENEVER NEEDED, I HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF OPERATING MY PARASYMPATHETIC SYSTEM BY TAKING LONG, SLOW, DEEP BREATHS IN THROUGH MY NOSE AND OUT THROUGH MY MOUTH, I UNDERSTAND THAT EVERYONE IS DOING THE VERY BEST THAT THEY CAN, I BELIEVE IN DIVINE TIMING, I AM OPEN AND RECEPTIVE TO ALL OF THE GOOD AND ABUNDANCE IN THE UNIVERSE,  I START THE DAY WITH INTENTION, I KNOW LIFE IS AN ECHO, IMAGINATION, STAYING SOLUTION ORIENTED, INSPIRED ACTION, PATIENCE, SYNCHRONICITY,  WE GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AND SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS, I VISUALIZE, AND ABOVE ALL I BELIEVE!!! 1 LOVE, GOOD VIBES RAMPAGE ONLY :) NAMASTE

HEMP PROTEIN IS ONE OF THE MOST EASILY DIGESTED PROTEINS ON OUR PLANET! IT IS PLANT BASED AND HAS ALL OF THE ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS WHICH ARE THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF PROTEIN. The Cookie Thief

A woman was waiting at an airport one night, with several long hours before her flight. She hunted for a book in the airport shops, bought a bag of cookies and found a place to drop.

She was engrossed in her book but happened to see, that the man sitting beside her, as bold as could be. . .grabbed a cookie or two from the bag in between, which she tried to ignore to avoid a scene.

 

So she munched the cookies and watched the clock, as the gutsy cookie thief diminished her stock. She was getting more irritated as the minutes ticked by, thinking, “If I wasn’t so nice, I would blacken his eye.”

With each cookie she took, he took one too, when only one was left, she wondered what he would do. With a smile on his face, and a nervous laugh, he took the last cookie and broke it in half.

He offered her half, as he ate the other, she snatched it from him and thought… oooh, brother. This guy has some nerve and he’s also rude, why he didn’t even show any gratitude!

She had never known when she had been so galled, and sighed with relief when her flight was called. She gathered her belongings and headed to the gate, refusing to look back at the thieving ingrate.

She boarded the plane, and sank in her seat, then she sought her book, which was almost complete. As she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise, there was her bag of cookies, in front of her eyes.

If mine are here, she moaned in despair, the others were his, and he tried to share. Too late to apologize, she realized with grief, that she was the rude one, the ingrate, the thief.

How often have you be absolutely convinced of something, only to find out later that you were mistaken?

 

Perhaps you were certain you put your keys on the dining table, but found them in your pants pocket. Or you were convinced you failed an exam, but ended up getting a B.

Most of us have a tendency to err on the side of pessimism, justifying this by claiming it is more “realistic” and saying that we don’t want to get our hopes up and be disappointed. Unfortunately, we don’t really do ourselves any favors by doing so. I mean, think about it, why would we want to bet against ourselves? Does being pessimistic make us more determined, persistent, focused, poised under pressure, enthusiastic, resilient, and lead to more dynamic performances? Yeah…not so much.
