Be Spontaneous :D

Hello there Beautiful Beings,

     Welcome back to "Tina Talks Tuesday", I hope you are well and warm! <3

     Today I am spontaneously writing about the benefits of being spontaneous now and again. This method just seems to work out sometimes, and can feel pretty good. Having expectations on a project/task can sometimes be stressful, and set you up for disappointment. It can also hold you back from actually starting to create or fulfill a goal because you may feel you do not have enough time to do all the things you  love. 

    Finding the time can be challenging in your busy day-to-day life. However, by carrying some of your hobbies around with you, you can begin to experience them spontaneously. Example, carry a book, camera or journal in your bag and make your rush-hour commute, lunch break, or Dr. apt wait more enjoyable, in case you think of something or observe something that you would like to make "last longer". 

  Spontaneity is also about practicing flexibility. If you make plans with a friend and they fall through, remember that it is not the end of the world. This practice can help you think of ways to make the most of your free time. Just remember, spontaneity is not simply about diving off the steepest cliff; it is about keeping an open mind to life's possibilities and actively embracing new experiences.
