Always a pleasure to see you here on "Tina Talks Tuesday"! Today's blog is a challenge to love your mind, body, and soul by practicing loving silence. So I simply ask you to just click on the post title, close your eyes, quiet your mind, and take a few slow, crystal clear, deep breaths in and out. Life can get so full and fast paced that we easily can forget to slow down and honor our self's. Honor thy self even if just for a moment, I double dog dare you. ;)
