Amazing what a change in diet and lifestyle can do!!!!!!

Changing one’s nutrition and lifestyle should be the first line of offense if one is unhealthy!!!!!!

If one has not started to directly link the food one ingests and health… well Hippocrates “ let food be thy medicine “ needs to be valued.

It is so simple and right in front of our faces.

Exercise can be as simple as 3 walks a week. I believe walking is the most underrated form of walking… and journal for manifestation.

Also I know nothing!!!!!!
