ACTING OUT OF COMPASSION
WHEN I FIND MYSELF IN ANGER I AIM TO NEVER TAKE ACTION FROM THAT VIBRATION. I HAVE LEARNED TO DO YOGA, TAKE A NATURE TRAIL WALK… WAIT TWO OR THREE DAYS SOMETIMES. I HAVE FOUND WHEN I DO THIS I ALWAYS CIRCLE BACK TO COMPASSION FOR THE PERSON, PLACE, OR IDEA.
