     Welcome to "Tina Talks Tuesday", always a pleasure to have you stop by. <3 Tonight I just simply ask you to get lost in the "Flow". Ever notice how musicians, like "Eyvn-Flow", seem to get lost in their music, eyes closed, as if in a trance like state? This is known as "Flow" - when people are so fully absorbed in what they are doing that they don't notice what's going on around them and afterward they feel amazing...some might consider it as being "in the zone". 

  So tonight find what makes your soul flow and get in the zone. This can open a pathway to great satisfaction and happiness by releasing your mind-body-soul from self-consciousness. Go with the flow, get lost to be found, and let your self get carried away!
