I absolutely love the Les Brown quote “ do not let someone else’s opinion of you become your reality”.

Sometimes people want you to feel as bad as they do.

We cannot get rude enough to help rude people be nice.

Nature trail walks and time with friends are two things that help to re charge my batteries.
