We must maintain kindness and compassion. I deleted Facebook many years ago because of the political divide.

I always feel if we knew what one another has been through we would not tear each other down over differences.

One is not courageous for spreading hate and division online and through texts.

Courage is knowing that every person is hurting and healing.

When we zoom out we are all on a giant rock floating through space.
