Welcome to this edition of the HUMP-DAY-HOLLER! Before you dive into this love-filled adventure, I want you to know about American Muscle's Abun-Dance! 

This Sunday, the 27th of August, American Muscle is hosting their Fitness Enlightenment Camp at the Palmyra Community Center (424 Stafford St, Palmyra) from 9:30 - 10:45 am. After class, there will be FREE FOOD!!!

From 11:00 - 1:00 pm there will be a flea market/fair set up! You will have the opportunity to check out AMAZING local businesses, buy wonderful things, and dance to the most astonishing voice you have ever heard! Perfect live music, perfect vibes, and a perfect outdoor setting! Please stop by and check out what these local vendors have to offer!!! You will LOVE it, I promise!!
