Eating Seasonally & Locally

Hi Beautiful Beings, 

Today's topic is all about the benefits of mindful eating. Spring has sprung and so has local fresh produce. Health Experts and chefs both suggest to eat seasonally, which means to try and include foods in your diet that are grown locally at the same time of the year that you eat them. For example that means eating plants such as asparagus, broccoli, and artichokes in the spring, and foods like squash and potatoes in the fall. Eating this way benefits the planet, your health, and your wealth in such ways as this...

*Fresher, more nutrient rich, just picked plants  ~ better flavor & better for you
