It's a Good day to start things out Great...so I ask; What's in your cup?!?! :)
Although we may not realize it, our bodies are busy while we sleep. Zzzzz That's why it is a great idea to start your morning with a hydrating, nutrient packed body booster. Today I am going to share with you a couple drinks that are easy, quick, and great for your health. Your future self is thanking you already, even if you're just thinking it into existence! <3
My morning always starts out with the #1, high quality H2o. I like to gulp down a 12oz. glass of room temp. reverse osmosis water with a slice of lemon, and tablespoon of Braggs ACV right when I wake up. This helps the digestive system get moving, boosts the metabolism, and starts to replace lost hydration that happens while we sleep.
Then for an added boost, something like this will follow:

*1 cup raw kale
*1/4 cup hemp seed
*1 tangerine
*1 pear
*purified H2o
***Blend and Enjoy*** (Garnish with Lemon Twist)
~~Crofton's Organic Juice Boost~~
*Ginger
*3 Carrots
*Broccoli
*Beet
*Granny Smith Apple
